Spare Parts Program
Nachi Robotic Systems Inc. offers 24-hour availability for parts and service. Nachi stocks the most commonly replaced (wear item) components in our large warehouse in Novi Michigan. (Warehouse shown below) We also stock many non-wear type items and proprietary robotic components for your convenience. (Contact Nachi for specific availability)

Recommended Spare Parts Lists
- Available by manipulator type and controller model
- Lists include: Part number, description, recommended quantity, price, and requirement ranking (critical, general maintenance, etc.)
- Custom spare parts lists can be created to meet your specific inventory needs.
Customer Inventory Analysis
- Scheduled visits by a Nachi parts department or customer service representative will help you identify which components are recommended that you keep in stock
- Nachi will work with you to develop a list of parts for your specific needs
Part Repair Capabilities
- No charge evaluation
- New and repaired exchange discounts
- Refurbishment of applicable assemblies (wrists, gear assemblies, etc.)
- Professional replacement of robot components available through the Nachi Service Department.
- Complete robot overhaul is also available

NRS Spare Part Warranty Period
- NRS will warranty spare parts (new or repaired) for six (6) months after delivery.
- A replacement part will be provided upon evaluation of the returned part.
- No physically damaged part will be accepted for warranty replacement.
Customer must provide robot manufacture number and error code failure information with failed component to be considered for warranty.
