A highly skilled team of robotic service engineers oversees installation to ensure proper setup. Robotic work cells are staged, integrated, and tested which is followed by customer approval run-offs that include QC documentation and other tests as specified. After initial buy-off, the system will be carefully packed and shipped to the manufacturing facility for final installation. System tryout is repeated on the customers' floor, buy-off criteria will be addressed to the customers' satisfaction.
After installation and buy-off Nachi continuously supports it's customers to ensure long term manufacturing success. Nachi offers free 24 hour phone support for technical issues.
